Deputy Director of the Arizona Office of Tourism; Director of Efficiency Review for Gov. Napolitano; Director of Community Relations for the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality.  Paisley moved to Arizona in 2003.  Previously she worked in Washington, DC, where she served President Clinton, Vice President Gore, and Senate Majority Leader Mitchell; her career included political appointments in Vice President Gore's Reinventing Government office and the U.S. Agency for International Development.  She also consulted for National Geographic, many philanthropies, and several campaigns during her career in Washington, DC.  B.A. in political science from the University of Colorado, where she served as student body president; M.A. in liberal studies from Georgetown University.
