(announced July 3, 2008; died of a heart attack on Nov. 2, 2008)  On leave from position as executive director of the Office of Intergovernmental Affairs for the New York City Department of Education.  Worked on Mayor Michael Bloomberg's 2005 re-election campaign.  Nevada state director of America Coming Together, Fall 2004.  New York state director of Sen. John Edwards' 2004 primary campaign, starting August 2003.  Chief of staff to Assemblyman Keith Wright of Harlem.  Field director on Comptroller Carl McCall's 2002 gubernatorial campaign.  Directed the 2000 Coordinated Campaign in Louisiana.  Graduate of Hunter College.  From Harlem.

In Fall 2004 Hargreaves was early vote and volunteer czar on Iowa Democrats' coordinated campaign; earlier in 2003-04 she was a regional director on Wesley Clark's NH primary campaign, based in Hanover, after serving same role on Sen. Bob Graham's NH primary campaign (Upper Valley field organizer).  Graduate of Stanford University, 2003; served as president of Stanford Democrats.

Field  Director Rachel Sigman
A regional field director on Obama's Nevada caucus campaign, a regional field director on the Texas primary campaign (El Paso), and field director for the West Virginia primary campaign.  Experience includes deputy executive director of the Tahoe-Baikal Institute.  Studied ecoregional environmental management in Madagascar as a Fulbright scholar.  B.A. from Wesleyan University, 2001.

(Aug. 2008; also spokesperson for the state party)  Lead advance and logistics on Polis for Congress.  Did advance and logistics on the Bill Richardson for President campaign, 2007-08.  Kincaid has a wide variety of experience including radio producer and director at WUFT-FM, the NPR affiliate in Gainesville, 1999-2007; campaign manager on Bruderly for Congress, 2005-06, radio news and sports director for Lake Cities Broadcasting, 2002-03.  He attended the University of Florida.
