Michelle Sullivan
Principal of Sullivan & Associates and founder of Inspired Learning Environments.  Chair of the Wyoming State Board of Education, 2007-08, and continues to serve on the board.  Sullivan’s work has been the nonprofit and philanthropic sector; in particular she has focused on building vibrant communities.  Graduate of the Colorado College in Colorado Springs, 1986.  In 1994 she was awarded an honorary doctorate from the Colorado College and a Loeb Fellowship in Advanced Environmental Studies from the Graduate School of Design at Harvard.  A fourth generation citizen of Wyoming.

Barb Rea
Founded and directed the Children's Advocacy Project, a program of the Community Health Center in Casper.  In 2006, Gov. Dave Freudenthal appointed her to the Wyoming Healthcare Commission; she serves as its consumer representative.  Degree in anthropology and linguistics from the University of Montana.

Chair
John Millin, M.D.
(elected in April 2007)  Millin previously served as the state party's treasurer and secretary and also chaired the largest county party organization in the state.  A board certified ophthalmologist and partner in the Cheyenne Eye Clinic.  He obtained his medical degree from Boston University, completed a residency in ophthalmology at the Mayo Clinic, and completed a fellowship in cornea and external disease at Wilmer Institute, Johns Hopkins University.

Bill Luckett
(from April 7, 2008)  Joined the Wyoming Democratic Party staff in August 2005 as communications director.  Before that, he spent nine years as a reporter for the Casper Star-Tribune, the last six covering politics and state government from the newspaper's capital bureau in Cheyenne.  Bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Wyoming.  Born and raised in Sheridan.

Lauri Elbing
(July 2008)  Elbing has served on the staffs of state and federal legislators, the Michigan Democratic Party, and the National Wildlife Federation and has worked on numerous political campaigns and ballot initiatives over the last 20 years.  During her five-year tenure with Congressman John D. Dingell, she was his primary community liaison.  She was also appointed to the Planning Commission for the City of Ann Arbor.  B.A. in interdisciplinary humanities from Michigan State University.  Native of Flushing, MI.

Field Director Eric Hyers
A field organizer on John Edwards' 2007-08 Iowa caucus campaign.  Worked on Kirsten Gillibrand's successful 2006 congressional campaign.  Graduate of Skidmore College, 2006.
